From my humble early days as an artist in Little Havana's Viernes Culturales, I always knew I wanted to paint womens' faces in the expressionist genre.

Bold & contrasting colors called out to me in the likes of Jawlenski, Van Dongen & Chaggall to name a few and the medium was Gouache, just like most of the early expressionist artists I favored.

One of my earliest opportunities came when I was invited to participate in one of Miami's local Museums in a silent auction where my original painting acquired a substantial amount of bids and thereby gave my work a noteworthy attention in the local market.
Recognized by Miami Mayor Suarez as an up & comming New Artist at Miami's City Hall.
