About MANO's work for the Festival of Chefs 

For the past four years MANO has donated his time and talent to Easter Seals. The Bread Basket, (featured above) will be auctioned on Nov 19 at the Festival of Chefs.

MANO highlights this year's international theme for the event in his work titled "The Bread Basket".  MANO said " Bread is older than time and each type of bread has unique characteristics that denote its origins. In "The Bread Basket", I have an assortment of breads each representing different regions of the world. I also wanted to pay tribute to Easter Seals' work in our community by depicting a friendly chef offering an abundance of goods,  to me this is synonymous with the number of  quality programs Easter Seals offers."
